Beyond the extensive learning acquired on assignment through direct client contact, Albus Partners consultants benefit from year-round training. This support fosters their development and helps guarantee the quality of the services provided to our clients.
Upon arrival, each employee is integrated, trained and supported.
The implementation of an internal training program within Albus Partners promotes the development of each individual's skills, thus enabling them to progress within the firm:

Work environment
At Albus Partners, we want all our employees to thrive in their roles and daily professional activities . That's why we maintain a relaxed and friendly working environment.
The year is punctuated by a back-to-school seminar, lunches bringing together all the teams, moments of relaxation to celebrate the arrival of new employees... not to mention all the initiatives of our consultants (races, padel tournament...).
The cohesion and solidarity of our teams guarantee a level of professionalism recognized by our clients.
Work organization is tailored to the missions and the training and support needs. Our aim is to maintain close relationships with our clients. With their agreement, we prioritize having our teams present at their offices. However, our teams also work remotely or in open-plan offices.
