Intervention scenarios
Our method
A structured, factual and results-oriented approach to secure every mission.
At Albus Partners, we use a proven methodology that applies to all our projects. It is based on four key stages, designed to quickly provide visibility, mobilize teams, and ensure the effective implementation of the identified solutions.
1. Diagnosis
Understanding the situation
We conduct a thorough analytical diagnosis, based on facts, data and field interviews.
Goals :
-
To understand the difficulties or challenges facing the organization,
-
Identify areas for improvement,
-
To objectify the findings in order to align decision-makers.
The diagnosis forms the basis of the mission: it helps to clarify the situation and to secure the decisions that will follow.
2. Target
Define a clear objective
We help leaders define an ambitious yet realistic target that structures the transformation.
In concrete terms:
-
To articulate the strategic, financial and operational objectives,
-
Prioritize the issues and identify responsibilities,
-
To ensure ownership by stakeholders,
The target becomes the reference point that guides all decisions and actions taken during the mission.
3. Action Plan
Organize the achievement of the target
From the target, we develop an operational, milestone-based and costed action plan, allowing us to move quickly from analysis to execution.
This plan includes:
The priority actions to be taken,
The expected impacts,
The necessary resources,
The risks and conditions for success.
Although this phase is not systematically requested by all clients, it often constitutes a decisive lever to ensure the feasibility and sustainability of the transformation.
4. Implementation
Supporting you until you achieve the results
When the mission requires it, we support the teams in the operational implementation of the action plan in order to ensure the achievement of results.
Our intervention may include:
-
Driving the transformation,
-
Strengthening management teams (up to and including interim management),
-
Monitor the impacts, adjust actions if necessary.
Approximately 80% of our missions include this execution phase, reflecting our commitment to producing concrete and measurable results.
The 4 drivers of successful transformation
01
The human factor
It is the people of the company who operationally implement the change
02
Operating procedures
By changing the ways of working, organizations improve both efficiency (optimizing the use of resources and timeframes) and effectiveness (achieving the expected outcome).
03
Economic modeling
Any operational change or transformation must be reflected in the financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs).
04
The information system
It crystallizes changes in operating procedures and carries the data essential for effective management.
