Business Analyst
Vous êtes en apprentissage (stage ou alternance) et intervenez au sein d’une équipe encadrée par un Consultant Senior ou un Manager.
Vous participez à la réalisation des analyses, à la recherche et à la collecte de données ainsi qu’à la préparation des supports et livrables destinés au client.
Consultant Junior
Vous êtes récemment diplômé et intervenez au sein d’une équipe projet encadrée par un Consultant Senior ou un Manager.
Vous réalisez de manière autonome les analyses qui vous sont confiées, contribuez à la production des livrables et participez aux échanges avec le client.
Consultant Senior
Après 2 à 3 ans d’expérience, vous intervenez de manière autonome sur les missions et pouvez encadrer une équipe de Consultants Juniors et de Business Analysts.
Vous structurez les analyses, supervisez la production des livrables et intervenez directement dans leur réalisation. Vous êtes en relation régulière avec le Partner en charge de la mission.
Manager
Après 5 à 8 ans d’expérience, vous pilotez des missions et encadrez des équipes de consultants.
Vous définissez et validez les analyses et les livrables, accompagnez les consultants dans leur production et êtes responsable de la qualité des travaux réalisés. Vous participez également au développement commercial du cabinet et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Partner et la direction.
Partner
Après 8 à 10 ans d’expérience, vous devenez actionnaire du cabinet et apportez une expertise technique ou sectorielle contribuant à son développement.
Vous intervenez dans le processus commercial, de l’identification des opportunités à la présentation des propositions, et êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié du client. Vous définissez les grandes orientations de la mission et êtes garant de la satisfaction client.
