Post and missions
The consultant will be called upon to intervene in the following areas :
Labor law, social relations,
Remuneration and social benefits policy,
Personnel administration, payroll, HRIS, social indicators,
Job saving plan,
Human resources development (recruitment, career and skills management),
Working conditions, hygiene, safety.
He will be supervised by a Managing Director of the Human Resources Department.

The position is based in Levallois-Perret (92) but may require travel throughout France, or even abroad.
​
Profile
The candidate must have a higher academic training such as a business school, Institute of Political Sciences with an HR specialization, recognized university training in the field of human resources or social law.
Experience in the HR department of a large company would be a plus. A very good writing command, a spirit of analysis and synthesis and a very good level of English are essential.
